Important Instructions Before You Begin

The Mid-South Business Continuum offers certification through the Uniform Certification Agency (UCA) for Business-to-Business (B2B) companies that provide quality products and services to government entities and private corporations. Certification may not be suitable for companies serving individual consumers such as:

  • Retail
  • Entertainment
  • Consumer Apps
  • Restaurants & Lifestyle Brands
  • Influencer Commerce
  • Informal Personal Services
  • Unlicensed Contractors
  • Noncompliant or Nonregulated Vendors

These industries often rely more on customer experience, brand reputation, reviews, pricing, and social influence than formal certification standards.
